CLUBHOUSE INFORMATION FOR 94TH STREET CAMPUS GRADES K-4

In addition to our after-school activities, we also offer Clubhouse, which is designed to extend the day until 5:30 pm. Clubhouse provides students with a structured but relaxed alternative to our other offerings. Students can read or do homework, play with friends, draw, and enjoy board games and outside activity time. We require a set schedule for each term in order for your child to utilize Clubhouse services, as we have a limited capacity for students. Billing for Clubhouse will be charged to your smart tuition account each term. To sign up for Clubhouse, please email [email protected] with your child’s name and grade level/class with the days and times you will be utilizing the service. Before after-school/Clubhouse begins, please notify your child's teacher of their after-school/Clubhouse schedule or changes in their schedules. Billing for Clubhouse will be charged to your smart tuition account each term.

 

Drop in availability varies based on classroom capacity. 24 hour notice is required for this option. Please email [email protected] for availability.

 

  • Drop in for up to one hour: $25 per day
  • Drop in for up to two hours: $45 per day             
  • Drop in for up three hours: $60 per day

CLUBHOUSE POLICIES 2024-25

  • The school building closes promptly at 5:30 pm. Students in Dwight's After-School Clubhouse extended-day service must be picked up by this time. 

  • A late pick-up fee of $25 per 10 minutes will be assessed for any student not picked up by 5:30 pm. Overtime charges are assessed for pickup beyond 5:30 pm.

  • If a parent/caregiver is late more than twice in a term, the school has the right to refuse to accept that child in the service, and program fees will not be refunded. 

  • In the event of inclement weather, after-school and/or Clubhouse extended-day service may close, and advance notice will be given. 

  • Students are expected to follow the same standards of conduct and behavior while in Clubhouse extended-day services that are required during the regular school day.

DISMISSAL/PICK-UP

  • If you have a change in pick-up, or if your child is going home with another family member/caregiver, please email [email protected]  In addition, please forward any caregiver information to [email protected] 

  • Kindly note that any adult picking up a student from an after-school program or from Clubhouse must have a school-issued ID badge.

DROP-IN PROCEDURES

  • When utilizing this service, please email both your child’s teacher in addition to [email protected] with your child's full name, grade, and pick-up time before 1 pm.

TECHNOLOGY

  • Students are not to use cell phones or wear smartwatches during Clubhouse.

  • Devices such as Chromebooks or laptops can only be used when/if completing homework assigned by a classroom teacher. 

SNACK

A healthy, no-nut snack and a water bottle are encouraged for all after-school programs. Please pack a labeled extra snack for after-school/Clubhouse in your child’s backpack. Kindly note that Clubhouse does not provide snack for students.
