Online registration for the Spring Term will take place Sunday, January 25, at 12 pm, to Sunday, February 1. Key dates and our after-school timeline are listed here. Please be aware that the registration period is just one week long and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

Spring Term Clubhouse 2026
In addition to our robust programs, we are pleased to offer Clubhouse as one of our additional After-School services. Spring Term Clubhouse registration is open until Friday, March 7 .
Clubhouse is designed to extend the day until 5:30 pm and provides students with a structured but relaxed alternative to our other offerings. Students can read or do homework, play with friends, draw, and enjoy board games and outside activity time on the roof.
Registration through Jumbula is now required for all Clubhouse participation, including registration for the full year, term-by-term, or for emergency drop-in service (once approved). Please see below for details about registration instructions for full-term and emergency drop-in service.
How to Register for Full-Term Clubhouse Service
If you know your child will be attending Clubhouse on a consistent schedule for the entire term you have the option to pay in full up front. This option is ideal for families whose child's schedule will remain the same each week for the term/school year. Please note that changes to your child’s Clubhouse schedule cannot be made once submitted.
