In addition to our after-school activities, we also offer Clubhouse, which is designed to extend the day until 5:30 pm. Clubhouse provides students with a structured but relaxed alternative to our other offerings. Students can read or do homework, play with friends, draw, and enjoy board games and outside activity time. We require a set schedule for each term in order for your child to utilize Clubhouse services, as we have a limited capacity. To sign up for Clubhouse, please email [email protected] with your child’s name and grade level/class with the days and times you will be utilizing the service. Before After-School/Clubhouse begins, please notify your child's teacher of their After-School/Clubhouse schedule or changes in their schedules. Billing for Clubhouse will be charged to your smart tuition account each term.

Clubhouse Fee: $20 per hour/per day
Emergency Daily Drop-In Fee: $60 per day
If you prefer a set term schedule instead of registering below, you will be billed at a rate of $20 per hour for the hours your child attends. To use the clubhouse service on an hourly basis, a schedule must be submitted by Friday, August 28. Schedules submitted after this date will not be accommodated.
