In addition to our robust programs, we are pleased to offer Clubhouse as one of our additional After-School services. Winter Term Clubhouse registration is open until Friday, November 22.

Clubhouse is designed to extend the day until 5:30 pm and provides students with a structured but relaxed alternative to our other offerings. Students can read or do homework, play with friends, draw, and enjoy board games and outside activity time on the roof.

Registration through Jumbula is required for all Clubhouse participation, including registration for the full term or for emergency drop-in service (once approved).

Emergency drop-in availability varies based on the teacher-to-student ratio. A 24-hour notice is required for this option. Please email [email protected] first for availability. Once availability is confirmed, you will register and pay the emergency drop-in fee on our Jumbula platform.

After registering, be sure to notify your child’s teacher and [email protected] of the dismissal schedule change. This email should include the child's full name, grade/classroom, and pick-up time.

Emergency Daily Drop-In Fee: $60 per day 

Please note: This flat fee applies regardless of the amount of time your child spends in Clubhouse each day.
